Goodlettsville High School's gym floor is being replaced

The old gym floor of Goodlettsville High School was recently replaced. The current band teacher, Shane Kimbro, saved the old parquet wood and is currently making pens from the wood. I have seen what he is doing and they look great. He will engrave them with your name and class. I have attached an order form if you wish to order one. Mail your order to Goodlettsville Middle School, 300 Main Street, Goodlettsville, TN, 37072, attention Shane Kimbro.

City of Goodlettsville looking for GHS alumni survey information

The committee working to write a book about the City’s fifty year history is interested in getting information from folks who attended Goodlettsville High School. The attached file is a letter from the chairman of the committee who has asked my help in getting city employees who attended Goodlettsville High school to record a few memories they have of their school days.

Please give this letter to any one in your respective departments who attended the school. Please have those employees return the letter to you by that date. I need the letters by February 7th.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Jim Thomas, City Manager.
